Welcome to the online appointment booking system for Hope Lutheran Christian School.
This system allows parents to view and select from a list of available meeting times.
The IEP/LSP meetings will be taking place on the following dates and times:
Elementary families @ Port Coquitlam campus - January 29th & 30th, between 8:30 am - 4:20 pm
Middle School families @ Pitt Meadows campus - January 31st, between 8:30 am - 4:20 pm
Meetings will be 30 minutes.
The booking calendar will open at 9:00 am, Wednesday, January 23rd, and close at 12 noon on January 28th.
Please note, each family will need to create a login account in order to access the system. This process only takes a few minutes, and we recommend completing this step before the booking calendar opens.
