Welcome to the online appointment booking system for Hope Lutheran Christian School.
We will be holding the in-person interviews and corresponding observation sessions on November 10, 16, 19 and December 9th.
Interviews will take place between 9:00 am - 11:30 am, and 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm. They will be 25 minutes with Principal John Lok and Elementary Vice-Principal Jennifer Watson.
Please note, both parents are required to attend with their child. If a parent will be outside the Metro Vancouver area, their participation will take place online via Zoom.
The corresponding group student observation session will take place at 3:30 pm on the same afternoon as the interview and will be 45 minutes. During this time parents will attend an information session with Mr. Lok.
Once a family admission interview has been booked, the child is automatically scheduled into the afternoon group student observation session on the same day. Children are not permitted to attend a different observation session.
The group student observation session is an important part of the Kindergarten assessment process. To ensure the safest conditions, each session will be set at a maximum of 8 children, take place outside (weather permitting), or in the gym, and involve participation in physically distanced activities.
All families must complete the admission interview and group student observation session to be considered for a Kindergarten 2022/23 placement.
The booking calendar will open at 7:00 am on Friday, November 5th, and close at 12 noon on Tuesday, November 9th.
Please note, families will need to create a login account in order to access the system. This process only takes a few minutes, and we recommend completing this step before the booking calendar opens.
